Servicenow Functional Consultant

My client is an IT consultancy looking for a ServiceNow functional consultant on an initial 4 month contract with a view to extension for a project in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

The project, due to start in the new year, requires a ServiceNow functional consultant to aid with the planning and design of the Service Mapping module that the end user wants to implement. The client is currently in the final stages of procurement and will be about to enter the scoping/implementing stage dependent on the advice of the consultant.

ROLE: ServiceNow Functional Consultant

START DATE: January 2017

DURATION: 4 months +

LOCATION: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

LANGUAGES: Fluent English speaker

RATE: €600 a day all inclusive

The successful candidate will need the following skills and experiences

3-4 years of previous experience in the design and planning stages of ServiceNow implementations.

Ability to capture requirements and translate business and system requirements into designs for ServiceNow

Knowledge of the Service Mapping module within the ServiceNow tool

Overall knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM tools

Good communication skills (you will be required to present business requirements and specifications to developers and stakeholders alike)
