SERVICENOW DEVELOPMENT MANAGER HOUSTON, TX 6 MONTH CONTRACT

Application Development Team Manager/Scrum Master required 10+ years of experience organizing backlog and Agile sprints pushing iterative release of Quick Value Automations and FRs and Projects in the Clients ServiceNow environment. Will also be responsible for managing the ServiceNow development team.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 2-4 Years of ServiceNow experience
- Must have solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, DB2
- Experience with Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, Advanced Reference Qualifiers, Reporting, Security through Access Control Rules and Graphical Workflows
- Strong documentation abilities
- Background in ITSM

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

- Integration experience with Service Now a plus, ie, LDAP, SCCM
- ITIL v2/v3 Foundation Certification
- Working knowledge of the technologies web applications, networks, protocols and email (SMTP, POP3)
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, AJAX, CSS, XML experience a plus
- Experience with web services via APIs a plus
- Good communication skills
- Experience with implementation of ServiceNow, working with Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Problem Management, CMBD and Discovery as it relates to ServiceNow
- Scrum Master 10+ years experience organizing backlog and Agile sprints pushing iterative release of Quick Value Automations and FRs and Projects
- Ability to manage and lead Service Now development team to implement ITIL processes and application development
- Ability to facilitate sessions to document client as-is/to-be business processes workflows
- Ability to monitor project activities with a strong emphasis on risk management and mitigation
- Ability to manage the technical implementation team and resolve day-to-day issues using an Agile/SCRUM model
