Servicenow Consultant - Investment Bank

ServiceNow Consultant required by large Investment Bank, based in London, to perform business analysis activities on a number of strategic infrastructure projects within the IT area.

You will have recent and extensive Investment Banking experience coupled with exposure to Inventory Asset management systems like ServiceNow (SNOW) - Databases, Web Services, Storage, Servers and Networks. Strong Business Analysis skills, able to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into Requirements and Functional Specifications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders, managers and subject matter experts.
