The ServiceNow Principal Consultant will function as an advocate to the CompuCom Strategy Advisor to provide guidance towards the execution of the overall implementation of ServiceNow and will be responsible for the health and direction of their IT Enterprise Service Management. The Principal Consultant will also be responsible for project planning, resource assignments and project communications. In addition the Principal Consultant will be responsible for the management of current and future ServiceNow projects, and manage their current contractor to ensure best practices are being implemented.

AREAS OF FOCUS INCLUDE:

- Existing strategy for deployment of ServiceNow various modules and applications
- Strategy/roadmap for future initiatives
- Existing process/governance for deploying changes within ServiceNow
- Quality Assurance Process
- Integration management processes
- Technical review and risk mitigation processes

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must have expert knowledge of the ServiceNow application
- ITIL certification required
- Strong in the areas of IT Service Management Consulting, ServiceNow Consulting, ITIL Process Consulting, IT Management, IT Program/Project Management, IT Business System Analyst experience
- Must have strong leadership skills, and great communication skills
- Ideally candidate will be be located in Dallas, TX or Houston, TX, as s/he is required to be onsite at one of these locations every other week
