Servicenow Business Analyst/BA - Contract - San Francisco

ServiceNow/ITSM Business Analyst currently required for a new role with a Global Leader in ITSM Deployment and Business Change based in San Francisco on a Contract basis.

Working as part of the highly experienced team you will provide a Business Analysis resource across a number of Greenfield ServiceNow Implementations. You will be able to demonstrate strong client facing skills, expert stakeholder management and a proven track record in eliciting requirements within Service Transformation or Service Tooling projects.

In addition to the classic Business Analysis skills need this person will have a background within ServiceNow implementations with an appreciation for both the technical and functional aspects of a successful delivery. Ideally you will also have a keen appreciation for the wider Service Management world and hold ITIL certification.
