Servicenow Business Analyst

ServiceNow Business Analyst needed for an exciting project for 6-12 months.

Design optimised business processes for the services provided by the Corporate Services departments in support of "Joiners, Movers and Leavers" after the confirmation of hire, move, or termination respectively.

The Joiners, Movers, Leavers process includes the provision of the following services:
• Office equipment, security passes - by Administrative Services
• IT equipment, access to systems - IT Department
• HR System/staff details - HR Department

Segment the business process to run optimally for the departmental IT Coordinators and for each service provider area (IT, Administrative Services, HR).
Work within the Service Improvement Programme team to define the implementation of the proposed processes within ServiceNow and any interfaces to other HR and Administrative Services systems (e.g. to log service tickets or to update data from/to other systems).

Deliverables
The consultant shall deliver the artefacts mentioned in the Objectives of the Consulting Services section above, aligned to the standards for business process design (BPMN 2.0 notation) and project documentation. Specifically:

Existing Joiners, Movers and Leavers Process Map (as-is).
Joiners, Movers and Leavers Optimised Process Map including segmentation of the business process for the various business units involved (to-be).
High level definition of the implementation of the proposed processes within ServiceNow and interfaces to other relevant systems.

Qualifications & Experience
ITIL V3 Expert qualification an advantage.
Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM toolsets
Experience with performing business analysis of Joiners, Movers, Leavers process
