Servicenow Analyst (m/f/d)

For our customer we are looking for a ServiceNow Analyst (m/f/d) - 100% remote

Your tasks:

- Utilize deep knowledge in ServiceNow to extract and compile information from the platform to create reports
- Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations

Analyzing and giving technical input to ticket data in ServiceNow:
- Categorize tickets based on their nature and characteristics for further analysis
- Technical evaluation of the volume of tickets over specific periods to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Identify and analyze the activities and actions taken by different groups in response to specific ticket categories
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular data quality checks and validations

Your qualification:

- Extensive experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Proficiency in creating reports in ServiceNow by extracting and compiling data
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
