SERVICE TRANSITION LEAD/SERVICE INTRODUCTION LEAD - ITIL/GLOBAL/FTSE TOP 20 CORP.

Outstanding opportunity for a Service Transition Lead/Service Introduction Lead to join this global, FTSE top 20, multi-national FMCG corporation on a contract basis.

We are looking for a hands on, self starting, highly delivery focussed individual with strong communications skills, rather than someone operating at management level. We require candidates with end to end transition experience inc. Service Design, Service Definition, Design packages and Service Readiness.

To be considered you'll require:

- Extensive Service Transition experience within complex global IS environments
- In depth understanding of ITIL (inc. qualifications)
- Process modelling experience
- Service Model design, Service Definition, Service Readiness & package design experience
- Experience working with major 3rd party vendors & consultancies
- Comfortable with a minor degree of project management responsibility
- Very strong communications and stakeholder management skills
- Long term contracting track record with a history of multiple extensions

£425-442 per day. 6 months rolling. Surrey.
