Projektbeschreibung
Our client, a financial services organisation, is searching for a Service Transformation Consultant with a good understanding of Service Transformation theory and application - specifically service definition, demand management, costed services, service tiers, service catalogues and continual service improvement.
Candidates should have experience of designing and/or implementing a complex service transformation strategy into a large organisation including the definition of services and presentation of services into a service catalogue.
Financial Services experience is a pre-requisite, along with good stakeholder management, strong communication skills and a Lean/Six Sigma skill set.
