Service Performance Engineer- SAP, Oracle, .NET

My client, a leader in technology and innovation, is currently looking for a Service Performance Engineer to join their High Availability team.

As the Service performance Engineer you will be required to work alongside the PMs and Architects to analyse the high Availability of systems, to ensure they are running at an optimal level and to mitigate any risks attached.

The Service Performance Engineers will be seen as the IT Operation Technical leads for the organisations end-to end critical systems. As such, the successful candidate will have come from a broad technical background with solid operational and high volume experience. This role will draw on your expertise across a number of different platforms from SAP, Oracle, SQL, .NET and MS tools to assist the team. Strong investigative, problem solving and incident management skills are a must for this role. Excellent communication and soft skills are also highly regarded.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Extensive knowledge and experience of Operations and Technology.
- System Architecture knowledge and understanding.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
- Root cause analysis experience
- Technical experience across a number of the following technologies: .Net, Oracle, SAP, MS tools.
- Payments experience also highly desirable.
