Service Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Consolidate and verify requirements of operations stakeholders
- Verify deliverables according to given requirements, as well as communicate them to the stakeholders
- Work with ITAOs, Level 2 and 3 support teams

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with event, alert and incident management
- Strong background in Operations (DevOps / SRE)
- Ability to create Key Operating Procedures as well as execute them
- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-up, always-available service
- Thoroughness, ability to implement planned activities in time and with high quality
