-Global Governance for SSF HR Topics (structure, categories, inbound and outbound interfaces)
-In charge for the change advisory board
-Definition requirements to SSF with global focus, not local topics (country / region specific)
-Service Manager for IT or Service Provider (Enhancement)
-Setup of a Service Desk and define KPI's
-Incident Management
-Change Management
-Release Management
-GSS Contact (participation) for SLA definition (KPI)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Excellent HR Process Know-how
-Experience with Shared Service Transition
-Service Management Experience with SAP HR (SAP GUI, SAP Portal and Self Services)
-Service Management Experience with Ticket / Case Management Tools (SAP CRM, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Employee Interaction Center)
-Very good project experience, including thematically comparable IT projects
-Special knowledge in several technical areas
-Management of C-projects with budget responsibility
-PM: Certified as per PMI (Project Management Institute) or comparable
-Excellent industry experience and broad knowledge in IT and business administration
-PM: Experienced in intercultural teams
