Service Manager (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Manage and steer the client's Data Plaform's Support Team
- Manage incident coordination and related escalations out of the GDP team
- Design, implement and maintain the Data Platform's Configuration Management Data Base
- Built up, improve and own the GDP incidence, problem and change management process
- Create and maintain the GDP service description
- Build up and improve the SLA monitoring according to the business needs

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- WE ARE LOOKING FOR COMPANIES
- Solid understanding / hands on experience with ITIL processes especially in an agile environment
- Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management
- Experience in leading / steering platform support
- Solid understanding of modern data and cloud technologies (e.g. Containerization, Big Data, Data Science, Event Processing, Cloud Computing etc.)
- Experience in setting up SLAs according to business requirements as well as in implementing, monitoring and reporting SLAs within the product team
- Excellent English skills (90% project language: English)
