Sword is recruiting for one of his blue chip clients a Service Manager with a proven track in Contract Center for an initial period of 6 months based in Brussels.

Function Description:

- Take on the responsibility of the operational quality of the services by being involved in the day to day operational health of the service delivery
- Define and manage all intiatives needed and useful to maintain the level of operational quality in accordance with the expectations
- Contribute to improvements and simplifications of the processes

Skills and Experience:

- 2 years in Service Management or Telecom environment
- Proven track in Contract Center
- ITIL Service Management Framework
- Telephony/IVR/Contact Center Solutions
- Fluent in English, Duch and French

Preferable:

- Experience in setting up and managaging Service Level Agreement
