ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the management of the relevant service at operational level meaning:

- Service level management
- Operational financial management (invoice validation)
- Service improvements
- Escalation management

Provide input to the tactical meeting:

- Issues that can't be solved at operational level (agree-to-disagree) and which need formal escalation to the tactical meeting
- Act as person-to-act for action points assigned to the operational level.

Responsible for steering on service improvement

Responsible for managing the baseline cost of the service

Act as subject matter expert towards internal departments for the relevant service
