Service Manager Enterprise DWH (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Responsibility to meet the daily and monthly operational SLAs in respect to timeliness, correctness and completeness of data
- Leading and moderating production operations
- Managing operational retros
- Dispatching daily incidents / actions from calls
- Managing BLOCKER incident escalation as well as innovation rollout planning
- Monthly service review and participation in monthly consumer service calls
- Supporting operations onboarding/upskilling – mainly DevOps Team
- Reviewing of existing process(es) and identifying room for improvement (efficiency, streamlined processes, optimization of (delivery) timelines, automation, removing technical debt…)
- Defining and improving operational steering instruments and documents (e.g. INC/PRO/Delivery dashboards, Operations manual)
- Identifying critical bottle necks in the current process and providing options how to solve the issues
- Creating mindset and enabling the team to deliver agreed improvements of the 3 major KPIs (completeness / correctness / timeliness)
- Driving improvements in alignment with the priorities of the leadership of DWH
- Close collaboration with all other product streams

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Structured and organized
- Experience in leading an internationally distributed team
- Hands-on experience and strong execution and problem-solving focus
- Experience in Service Management in a data driven environment (preferably DWH)
- ITIL understanding
- IT background
- Best practices from peers with a similar setup
- Proactivity, responsibility, and endurance to stabilize a complex service
- Fluent in English (German or another CEE language is appreciated, but not mandatory)
