Service Management Tools Specialist for Multinational Institution for

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SERVICE MANAGEMENT TOOLS SPECIALIST TO WORK FOR A MULTINATIONAL INSTITUTION IN THE HAGUE/NETHERLANDS

DELIVERIES:

- Assist in the integration and maintenance of the monitoring service requests
- Deployment of Business Bridge NG 5.2
- Migration of the Service monitoring Configuration Database to the client's CMDB
- Provide the support to fix issues and problems in the production environment
- Review and implement the processes to manage the life cycle of Service Request monitoring

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

- Good understanding of the Business Activity monitoring and Service monitoring.
- A good experience on BUSINESSBRIDGE AND NIMSOFT IS REQUIRED.
- A good understanding of configuration management systems.
- A basic knowledge of ITIL V3 is recommended
- Experience in writing secure and resilient code in Perl or Java.
- A very good understanding of Linux and Windows is mandatory.
- Ability to work within a team and under own responsibility.
