Service Management Process Specialist

Vevey, Switzerland - Contract 6 months - Start ASAP - 600/675CHF

Description:
As part of a development plan, we are looking for a Service Management Process Specialist who will support the process owners in the execution of projects and Process definition, by driving key project deliverables and coordinating testing activities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Participate to requirements gathering by identifying the current pain points
- Contribute actively in the design of process improvements
- Deliver proper training material on the process and on the tools
- Contribute to the functional specification of the technical solution that supports the process
- Represent the product owner in SRUM session, whenever required
- Contribute to the definition and execution of test scripts
- Support activities such as test tasks
- Support the implementation of new ways of working

Required Profile:
* Proven expertise in Process Design, Data and Software development in an international environment
* Incident management knowledge
* Operational experience with the management of changes and releases
* ITIL and Service Management
* Fluent in English, French is a plus
You possess a positive attitude and ability to "think outside the box".
