Service Management Integration Developer

Beacon Hill Technologies has a 6-12 month contract opportunity for a Service Management Integration Developer.

Responsible for the acceptance, identification, storage and withdrawal of all supported service catalog and SLM items. Ensures all Request Offerings, service records, SLA Packages, SLA/OLA templates are correct and up-to-date. Responsible for registering new services/requests/SLA Packages and removed when they are no longer needed. This includes tool development of regular cycle based on business needs and creation request workflows.

Integration Developer - Assists in design, development and support of the application and data integration managed by Information Services.

Project: Upgrade to HEAT requires additional resources for continued system enhancements.

Requirements:

- Customer Interaction Skills
- Developer background
- Experience with Service Management related software (HEAT, Remedy, HP, FrontRange, Service Now)
- Service Catalog design and workflow
