Service Management Architect

For our client, an international, well renowned Global organisation, we are currently looking for an experienced Service Management Architect for a project in Zürich.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
Location: Zürich
Workload: 100%
Occasional Travels to other client location in Europe might be needed
SERVICE MANAGEMENT ARCHITECT
- Create logical, physical and detailed service designs of service management services (Knowledge, incident, problem, management, request fulfilment, release and deployment management, service reporting, continual service improvement, service level management)
- All designs to be aligned with the procedure interface manuals
- Designed services to be build up and implemented in to the existing environment managed for the client and onboard new countries, server rooms
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
- Experience with ServiceNow, used as core service management tool
- Multiple experience in writing technical solutions in English
- ITIL process knowledge advantage
- Scope of multiple platforms support, various Middleware, IBM cloud and infrastructure based mainly on the Microsoft tooling (SCCM, SCOM, etc)
LANGUAGE:
- English on a professional level
