Projektbeschreibung
The Service Management Analyst should come with advanced computer skills such as Email, Excel spreadsheets/formatting, word documents, PowerPoint presentations and ideally Business Objects reporting experience. This person should also come with knowledge and previous experience of working with Service Management tool sets such as Remedy/Infra.
Candidates with an ITIL background are preferred and previous experience of Service Fulfilment and in particular Service Level (OLA-SLA) Access, Request and Product Catalogue Management is also desired.
