My client a leading energy provider in the UK currently has an opportunity for Service Management Analyst. A Service Management Analyst is required to monitor and ensure the fulfillment of 3rd party providers is met accordingly.

The Service Management Analyst should come with advanced computer skills such as Email, Excel spreadsheets/formatting, word documents, PowerPoint presentations and ideally Business Objects reporting experience. This person should also come with knowledge and previous experience of working with Service Management tool sets such as Remedy/Infra.

Candidates with an ITIL background are preferred and previous experience of Service Fulfilment and in particular Service Level (OLA-SLA) Access, Request and Product Catalogue Management is also desired.
