Service Integration Implementation Expert wanted for our client in the food industry.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- 2+ years of proven track record and expertise in IT Service Management and SIAM along with several years of Project Management experience
- Certification in SIAM, ITIL and/or PMP certification will be of advantage
- Excellent understanding of the Design Thinking Methodology
- Strong knowledge of Application Services, specifically in supply chain area
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French would be an asset
YOUR TASKS:
- Defining E2E services as well as preparing measurement for this E2E
- Ensuring E2E governance with each representative of the value chain
- Organizing Design Thinking Workshops with appropriate stakeholders for As-Is with root cause analysis and To-Be situation
- Aligning scope and specifications across internal and external providers
- Reporting the outcomes to stakeholders and investigating how to extend the POC
- Defining standardization and modularization of services and collaborating with internal teams and vendors
