Service Excellence Business Analyst

Edinburgh: Service Excellence Business Analyst - £320 - £340 per day.

EA Change Group's Edinburgh based Banking client urgently requires a motivated and enthusiastic Service Excellence Business Analyst to join them on a contract basis.

The Service Excellence Business Analyst would be working on a Programme within Life Pensions & Investments. Service Excellence will enables us to see our processes through the eyes of the customer, with the understanding of our organisational constraints. By focusing on the customer journey from their point of view and what matters to them, we can review these constraints to see how we can improve our services and ultimately improve the customer experience. Service Excellence Redesigns across the business aligned to Service Excellence Customer Journeys in Life Pensions & Investments.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Knowledge of LP& I and or General Insurance experience.
- Previous experience in Financial Services is desirable but not essential.
- Candidates should have a track record of working in a high pace environments
- Working knowledge of Service Excellence
