Service Engineer Job

SERVICE ENGINEER needed for a Contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Redmond, Washington.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Working with game development teams to design online infrastructures and document technical designs.
- Contributing to department's technical and process standards as well of participating in technical reviews of designs.
- Handling incident and problem escalation from support.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5+) years' experience working with Microsoft stack applications: ASP.NET, WCF, SQL, IIS.
- Experience working with Windows Server 2008/2012, Clustering, SQL, SCOM, PowerShell, ITIL, Networking, load balancing.
- Experience developing .NET, WCF, C#, Visual Studios, TFS.
- Problem and Performance Analysis- Strong understanding of how to analyze issues from detection to resolution as well of understanding of designing monitoring applications for high availability and quick issue detection.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Understanding of enterprise class hardware.
- Understanding of Windows Azure or knowledge of cloud strategies.
