Service Documentation Manager

My client, an international investment bank, is looking for a SERVICE DOCUMENTATION MANAGER to manage and own all Global Banking and Global Capital Finance IT Service Documentation.

You will be required to ensure that all Service documentation is captured across all services and provide monthly reporting back to the IT group as required.

The successful candodate will be responsible for drive and Set-up of services across the department, own the operational procedures and DR documentation, service catalogue completion, own the BCP plan across all our services and attend/drive meetings.

You will also coordinate completion and proof read of all Non Functional requirement Documentation so projects are ready for a Go live on time and post-live service requirements

If you have previous IT Service Documentation management experience, Strong attention to detail and accuracy on IT service documentation, the ability to ensure service document requirements are captured and resolved and good banking experience, please get in touch.Recruitment Zone acting as an employment business in regard to this advert.
