My client requires a service development manager to co-ordinate a number of urgent care developments that have been agreed across the city as part of the wider strategic plans to improve urgent care and service resilience. You will be required to establish a performance framework for the service developments with key metrics and systems and process to monitor their impact. You will develop business cases for existing and new urgent care service developments ensure you can fully demonstrate the impact of the services. Interested candidates will have broad experience, knowledge and understanding of the NHS and community based services with experience of service development and redesign of services (ideally urgent care).
