Service Desk Team Lead (2nd) £23-£26 per hour

2nd Line Support Team Lead needed for an initial 3-6 month contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Reading, Berkshire.

Team Management
Advanced Microsoft Skills
2nd line Service Desk Experience

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing 2nd line technicians ensuring that roles and responsibilities are fully understood to ensure objectives are achieved.
Supporting the Service Desk Manager to ensure all SLA's and KPI's are met
Hands on 2nd Line support - Call Logging, Call/Queue Management, Service Requests etc.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Excellent communication and team management skills
Ability to prioritise workload and deal with escalations effectively
Troubleshooting experience in OS/Desktop
Active Directory
