The ideal candidate will possess between 10-15 years experience as a Transition Manager within large scale businesses or programs with experience in sourcing transitions and Service Desk transition, IT Service Integration and IT Service Management initiatives in multi-sourced federated environments.
Responsibilitieswith demonstrated success in managing and directing projects, including containment of timelines, budgets and risks. A strong involvement with IT infrastructure service management and the management of customer strategy, services and business processes; and the application of service transition methodologies, tools and templates.
- Excellent knowledge of the impact to Business and IT operating and service delivery models, processes and people in relation to the introduction of change associated with such significant transitional initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading technical and non-technical teams to deliver complex work within challenging timeframes and periods of major change; with excellent and proven commercial and vendor management experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder skills
