Service Desk Officer - 12 Month Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced IT SERVICE DESK OFFICER to join this highly professional team on an initial 12 month contractual basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 2 - 5 years experience working in a similar IT Service Desk role
- Experience with logging and tracking calls using the call management system
- Networking Experience - LAN, WAN, Internet and Wireless connectivity and security
- Experience supporting applications running on Windows 7
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent Communications and presentation skills
- Self motivated and Professional attitude
