Je functie: The main function of a technical help desk specialist is to provide technical assistance to computer system users. A typical technical help desk specialist is responsible for answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from a remote location. An entry level technical help desk specialist typically has an Associates degree in a computer related field or equivalent training. As the levels progress, the years experience increase along with leadership expectations, with the introduction of a supervisory role at Level 2. The technical skills, including knowledge of electronic equipment and computer software, increase across levels, starting from basic at Level 1 to expert at Level 3.
MAIN TASK :
- ensuring the availability and the functioning of all IT systems and applications to the internal customers to comply the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Solve problems and incidents in de 1st line.
-Creating and Solving ICT incidents in 3 languages (NL, FR + ENG) on a professional way with a Service Minded view.
- Working in a team of 15 people.
- Service hours between 07:00 and 18:00.
PROFILE :
- Minimum 4 year experience in a similar function
- FR/DU or DU/FR is mandatory
