SERVICE DESK/HELPDESK/2ND LINE ENGINEER/WINDOWS/HARDWARE/TROUBLESHOOTING/INSTALLATION/FRENCH/CONTRACT/LUXEMBURG

IDPP is actively recruiting for a 2nd Line Engineer to join a Global Leading Consulting Partner in Luxemburg; provide 2nd line support to our customer's end users located in Luxembourg.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE, APPLICANTS APPLYING MUST POSSESS A VALID DRIVING LICENSE AND CAR TO BE ABLE TO VISIT THE NECESSARY CLIENT SITS WHEN/IF REQUIRED.

THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE:

-Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a busy helpdesk/service desk environment
-Good knowledge of desktop hardware and software including Windows 7, Windows 8, Microsoft applications, user access set-up etc.
-Possess a good understanding of networking (wireless networking, configurations, cabling,
-Router,)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to perform installations, moves, adds and changes in a client environment
-Attend to hardware break-fix, troubleshooting, hardware component replacement
-Provide basic desk side support of personal computers and associated software
-Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction
-Speak fluent French and English
