Service Desk Analyst 1st/2nd Line Support - 3 Month Contract

We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - (Windows XP, Windows 7, Active Directory and Microsoft Office 2007) to join a busy Service Desk for a 3 month period (+ Extension scope or possibility of transitioning to a Permanent role)

The Ideal Service Desk Engineer will have prior experience of: 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer (Windows XP, Windows 7, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 2007) as well as previous client facing experience working on a Service Desk.

Experience using the following technologies: Service Desk Analyst 1st/2nd Line Support - 3 Month Contract

MS Office 2007

MS Windows XP and W7

Used a Service Desk Tool

Active Directory

Hardware/Software troubleshooting
