Service Desk Analyst

I am currently working with one of the UK's largest Law Firms who are looking to recruit for their 24 hour 7 days a week Service Desk.

You as a candidate would have ideally come from a Legal, professional services firm, or investment bank however skill set of the below would be considered;

Key Requirements Skills and Experience
. Worked at a large law firm, professional services firm, or investment bank
. Advanced experience with all MS Office 2010 applications, ideally MOS qualified
. Previous experience of working in and supporting a Citrix environment, Citrix Delivery Console, AppSense support experience
. Support experience of Blackberry

Responsibilities
. Responding to incoming calls and emails. Ensuring that these are resolved in line with SLAs and OLAs
. Proactively picking up on trends from calls logged (eg identifying customer training needs or logging problem records on the back of multiple similar calls)
. Taking responsibility for calls and seeing them through to completion
. Assigning incidents and requests to appropriate 2nd/3rd line teams after all troubleshooting steps have been exhausted
