Consultants will be responsible for the following:
- Design and document As-Is' and To-Be' ICT Service Delivery Operating Model States, including any transitionary states
- Design and document Ofcom-specific ITIL processes
- Define responsibilities and touch points between all participants in the processes, including third-parties
- Identify requirements for tools & automation
- Cloud service processes
- Calculate FTE requirements
- Convert responsibilities into roles
- Design and document organisation structure
