Service Delivery Manger - IT Managed Services - Cisco IPT LAN and WAN My client a leading IT Managed Services company require a Service Delivery Manager to work on site 3 days per week at an exclusive client site based in North London The successful candidate will operationally manage the provision of Managed Service and Support Services for customer accounts in line with contractual requirements and financial targets. Job Specification Conduct regular Service Review meetings with customers ensuring support and service is reviewedProvide performance statistics and reporting to customersDevelop and manage Continual Service Improvement Plans (CSIP)Develop and maintain a high level of working knowledge of each customer's IT organisation and infrastructureMaintain a broad base of communication with key players in the customer's organisation. Act as the primary interface with the customer, being responsible for all operational issues related to delivery of servicesResolve escalated service issues, to ensure minimal impact and risk to the customer's solutionManage the SLA and OLAsCreation and implementation of a Service Improvement Plan (SIP) in the event of service issuesWork closely with Sales and Pre-sales to aid the smooth running of projectsReview service proposals to ensure operational capabilityUse service meetings to promote further commercial activity on the accountProactively drive down cost within your area of responsibility Experience Strong experience in a Service Delivery position managing external customersExperience of managing large third party partnersSignificant experience in the ICT/ telecommunications field. Current knowledge of ICT technologies requiredWriting, negotiating, and managing Service Level AgreementsWorking with Incident, Problem and Change Management processesStrong ITIL awareness and training to a minimum of v3 Foundation level. MUST have working technical exposure or managed environments within Cisco IPT Voice arena.
