Service Delivery Manager/Project Manager - Construction (SC)

We are currently recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager who has experience of Project managing small works projects within the construction industry. The successful candidates will ideal hold SC Clearance and have previous experience of working within the Public Sector/Central Government.

Skills:

* PRINCE 2 or APMP qualification
* Significant experience in Service Delivery and Project Management in a building/construction related environment
* Experience in managing stakeholder relationships, building trust and credibility internally and externally
* Experience in leading the initiation and shaping of a range of large and small, complex and simple programmes and/or projects
* Able to work on own initiative, making decisions that are sharp but protect the interests of the organisation
* Educated to degree level or equivalent
* Track record at a senior delivery level of undertaking the full range of responsibilities relevant to the leadership, management and development of service delivery and project teams to ensure that their performance meets or exceeds both the business and their own personal goals
