Service Delivery Manager- Delivery and Operations

RocSearch are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a Service Manager L3 (Service Delivery & Operations) based in Prague.

Responsibilities:
Acts as IT Operations Manager
-Assumes overall responsibility for the day to day (BAU) Service Delivery & Operations within the agreed service levels.
-Manages the service by ensuring that all day-to-day operational activities are carried out in a timely and reliable way.
-Provides overall leadership, control and decision-making and assumes responsibility for the BAU operations team.

Acts as Service Manager/Process Manager
-Ensures that the relevant resources from the underpinning IT services are engaged in the delivery and support of the service.
-Ensures that process roles are appropriately assigned to individuals within the functional unit.
-Oversees and operationally manages the necessary processes by which the service is delivered.
-Monitors the service and provides regular reports regarding service performance.

Acts as Supplier Manager
-Ensures that all suppliers meet their contractual commitments.
-Monitors, reports and regularly reviews supplier performance against targets. Identifies improvement actions as appropriate and ensures these actions are implemented.
