Service Delivery Manager urgently required for interesting contract in Belgium
The Service Delivery Manager will be Responsible for the following:
The SDM translates the needs and internal customer strategy, supports operational teams and develops creative solutions.
* Guarantying the quality and conformity of the deliverables provided with regard to the terms of the contracts;
*Ensuring the optimal satisfaction of our customers: to maintain a proactive contact with them, to identify their new needs in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship;
*Analyzing deviations from SLAs, identify and handle complaints;
*Putting in place service improvement plans (quality and continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction) through the service level report for tactical and operational aspects;
*Participating in the service management process such as incident, change and problem management (ITIL);
*Providing suggestions and develop solutions with the sales team (pre-sales/bid);
*Participating to the bid process: describe the part SDM in proposals and present and defend proposals to clients. Profile:
*Preferably a master's degree in computer science, economics or management;
*Proven experience in the field of infrastructure;
*Operational level in French, Dutch and English;
*Experience in project, program or transition management;
*Knowledge of distributed and Mainframe infrastructures and components (SAN, OS, Servers, Virtualization, DB, Web, etc.) and/or software solutions;*Inborn, proactive, dynamic leadership, active listening, customer-oriented, real analytical skills, excellent communicator;
*Experience in processes and good practices in project management and IT services;
*Able to produce an analytical, structured and efficient reporting;
*Appreciates working independently and occupies a central and transversal role;
*A certification in the field of service management ITIL;
*A certification in the field of project management is a real asset
(PRINCE2, PMI, 6Sigma, etc.).
