With relevant experience in a FMCG sector, you'll have strong communication, influencing and organisational skills, together with the ability to problem-solve and manage conflicting priorities. Deadline-focused and able to work autonomously, you'll be a team player who can motivate others to achieve results.
You'll be relied upon to deliver effective operational management, by establishing solid relationships with our partners and service providers, and providing timely performance reviews and reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the Sku and Vendor creation and validation process
- Responsible for the delivery, monitoring and reporting against agreedSLA's and KPI's
- Delivering Insights to the business to drive benefits and efficiencies through improved process
- Enforce governance of data standards where applicable and report non adherence
- Act as business support for queries relating to Sku and vendor creation under your control
- Act as escalation point if agreed service levels are not met
- Provision of technical expertise and support to manage the services
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Visible Leadership
- Proven record of managing people
- Proven background in working with and managing data
- Strong motivator
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Strong focus on process improvement and delivering efficiencies
- Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
