Service Delivery Manager

Yoh has a contract to hire opportunity for a SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER to join our client in Indianapolis, IN.

POSSESSION OF OR THE ABILITY TO OBTAIN A TOP SECRET/SSBI SECURITY CLEARANCE IS REQUIRED AS A CONDITION FOR EMPLOYMENT.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and direct a dynamic team of 15 to 25 skilled technicians at Government Client in Indianapolis.
- Develop work schedules and distribute assignments to meet stringent Service Level Agreement standards.
- Mentors fellow team members and successfully imparts his/her expertise to them.
- Identifies and targets problem areas within his/her function in order to ensure processes are established or improved.
- Develops and interprets security policies and procedures.
- Actively participates in enterprise security compliance efforts.
- Helps to introduce and develop best practices within the group.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in information technology including a minimum of four (4) years in Microsoft Windows Desktop Support is required.
- Possess basic knowledge of Project Management Methodologies concentrating on Executing, Monitoring and Controlling phases of Project Management.
- Excellent planning, organizing, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot and resolve systems issues.
- The candidate must possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows XP and Windows 7 operating systems, with experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong commitment to detailed planning, documentation and quality assurance processes.
- Possess strong customer service skills to keep the customers' requirements constantly in mind and ensure that activities align closely with these requirements.
- Ability to demonstrate the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- DOD Security Clearance, Top Secret/SSBI (If you do not currently possess a security clearance, then you must be eligible to obtain one).
