WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of initiatives related to IT projects from start to finish
- This position defines project plans scheduling and timelines
- The Implementation Coordinator serves as the initial point of contact for end users for procedural and technical escalations.
