Due to long term leave we need to backfill with at least 8 month contractor to take lead the application of a supplier Governance framework to ensure fulfilment of contractual service level obligations. Support the measurement of service quality and supplier performance and manage an under performing supplier. The contractor will validate service charges through cross referencing of IT invoices to contractual service charges and have a background in Service Management, understanding of SLA's how they work and the frameworks.
Processes will be given to the individual as will some guidance. It is key the successful candidate has the right soft skills to carry out this role and a grounding in service management.
Initial contract duration is 8 months ie until the end of the year. Rate is max £305 a day
