Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SERVICE ASSOCIATE to join our client in Chicago, IL.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Be the internal point of contact for billing, invoice and contract related questions
- Initial Research of billing related dispute/inquiry
- Enter Customer Admin Activities (CAA's) into Salesforce.com for assignment to other teams within our client and Thomson Reuters
- Obtain copies of invoice(s) for clients
- Obtain copies of contract(s) for clients
- Follow up to ensure CAA's receive correct and timely follow-through
- Communicate the resolution of billing queries to Clients and Service Team
- Escalate issues internally to Service Teams and Management where required
- Add necessary billing info (PO#, VAT, contact info, etc.) into CRM System

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor Degree
- Sales & Service administration experience
- Knowledge of CRM and order management solutions
- Proficient in MS Office Suitevisit our website to learn more about our
