Service Advisor

We are currently looking for a Service Advisor with strong organisational skills and a real talent for customer service to join the BMW Dealer Network in Jardine BMW Milton Keynes.

Working with the most innovative automotive brand in the world, your main responsibilities will be to give our customers a friendly welcome and then deal with all their service and repair requirements. At the same time, you will be organising the workshop so everyone is working to full capacity.

The individual we have in mind is a team player who works well under pressure. You will need to have a proactive can-do attitude as you will also be expected to maximise sales opportunities with BMW accessories, clothing and new cars.

You will need to demonstrate proven experience in customer service at a high level, be comfortable multi-tasking and also capable of self-management. Previous experience as a Service Advisor within car dealerships would be a distinct advantage, but this is not essential if you are strong in other areas.
