Server Technician Job

SERVER TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Henderson, NC.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Windows server upgrade
- Shop Floor Computer Support
- End User Support

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assist with Windows Server upgrade
- Installation, maintenance and support of the IT hardware and software used in the facility
- Supporting office end users with their IT requirements including deploying new hardware and software
- Deploying and supporting the manufacturing shop floor IT hardware and software
- Provide advice on improving the office and shop floor IT infrastructure
- Interacting with the Service Desk to expedite IT problem resolutions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five (5) years IT Shop Floor Analyst, IT Administrator experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Windows Server environments; Virtual and Physical Server upgrades; Network support; Lotus Domino and Notes; Internet Information Services; backup technology systems; Workstation peripherals; filers and file Servers; print Servers; Firewalls, spamJIT, LEAN Manufacturing, and other.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Two (2) years IT Database Administrator
- IT Applications Support Administrator
