Job Description
Manage the day to day patch management activities between CSC and SDM
* Work with nominated CSC contacts to populate patching schedule
* Work with CSC to resolve application and patching failures and to reschedule patches into the forward schedule of change
* Ensuring sufficient change control has been raised and approved prior to patch deployment
* This is predominantly a review and co-ordination role and not the 'technical' aspect of the patching process
* Acting a central liaison with all key stakeholders is important SDM's, CSC, IM&T and end users
* Applicant must have good Excel and communication skills
