Server Administrator

Role - Server Administrator
Contract - End of March 2014
Location - Bromley
Rate £15 per hour

Server Administrator required for a short contract till end of March 2014 for the Health Service in Bromley.

You will be responsible for resolving highly technical system integration issues in addition to preventative and problem-solving work.
Assist in the operational ICT Department in developing and documenting new ICT hardware and software installations, field testing of applications/hardware and supplier liaison.
You will be a member of the ICT Department Business Continuity team and part of the ICT out of hours emergency support rota.

Skills & experience required
*Relevant experience of Desktop Support in an enterprise environment
*Experience of managing virtual datacentres
*Exposure to patch management
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and other common desktop software such as antivirus and productivity suites.
*Experience of backup and restore processes
*Exposure to server based applications
*Exposure to HP server hardware
*Experience of Scripting and script languages
