I have a client who is looking for a SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) consultant to help with their Google ratings (SEO and Search Engine Optimisation) for an ever evolving and changing site (news portal) - The lucky SEO (Search Engine Optimisation (see what I'm doing here!) recruit will need to spend their time speaking with a lot of people (probably journalists) on an hourly basis to make sure the content that is entered consistently adheres to the criteria needed to keep the Google Ratings up. The SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) consultant will need to offer a lot of control and direction to a lot of people - some of which would far rather be creative then SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and "ratings" friendly. Ideally you will come from a large publishing house or a successful/well known agency, but most importantly, a creative mind and an extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and or Omniture is needed!
