SEO Marketing Manager

DESCRIPTION:
Monitor site search performance and make improvements to boost relevancy
Recognize SEO issues, including technical/working knowledge of title tags, META Tags, H1, H2 tags and other basic website coding that affects SEO
Actively measure and monitor site search results on a daily basis
Coordinate site side search and display campaigns
Demonstrate creative and analytical skills
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once
Solution oriented and self-motivated - the ability to think critically, look for multiple solutions to challenges beyond given project parameters to provide the best possible solution, not just the fastest solution, for any given problem
Simultaneously team oriented and independent
Ability to learn on the fly
