Senior System Engineer Service

Tasks:

The agent:

He/she will manage the Exchange (and related applications) environments
He/she will manage the Active Directory environments;
He/she will be co-responsible for the architecture and development of these domains;
He/she will be project technical responsible for Server Team projects;
He/she will be part of second-level support for these domains;
He/she will take part of the 24/7 on-call duty role for the IOS Server Team.

Additional information:

The profile must have:

Technical skills

Operational experience within a Microsoft Windows Server environment is a must;
Operational experience (administration) with VMWare ESX is a must;
Proven knowledge and experience of both Exchange (2010-2013) and Active Directory;
Practical knowledge about Powershell;
Experience with Microsoft ADFS is a big plus;
Experience with NetApp is a plus;
Experience with products as Lync, Symantec Enterprise Vault, SEG, Brightmail, Faxination, Safenet OTP, SCCM is a plus.

Non-technical skills

Must be a team player;
Must have planning and organizational skills;
Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems;
Must be able to work independently;
Must be customer minded;
Able to learn new products and environments quickly;
Able to write and validate processes and documentation;
Must be accountable and is NOT a 9-to-5 worker.

Languages:

Must be able to speak and understand:
French or Dutch (Belgium)
German (Germany)
English (all documentation)

Duration of the project:

Until 31/12/2015 - Extension possible.

Working hours:

40h/week

Other skills:

Must have a driver license + car + mobile phone;
Working location will be Brussels (Schaarbeek), with occasional travel to Berlin.
